Terms and Conditions for Edge Designer Studio

1. Services - Edge Designer Studio provides custom dress designing and    alterations for ladies. All services are subject to availability.                                   2. Orders - All orders must be placed through our official channels. deposit may be required for custom designs. Final payment is due upon completion before delivery.                                                                                                                            3. Pricing- Prices are subject to change based on design complexity and materials. All quoted prices will be confirmed before any work begins.           4. Cancellation Policy - Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours from the date & time of placing an order. Deposits are non-refundable after the work has commenced.                                                                                                             5. Alterations - Alterations will be done as per client specifications. Additional charges may apply for extensive changes.                                                6. Returns and Exchanges - Due to the custom nature of our designs, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If there is a defect in the garment, please contact us within 2 days for resolution.                                                                            7. Intellectual Property - All designs created by Edge Designer Studio are the intellectual property of the studio. Reproduction or distribution without permission is prohibited.                                                                                                        8. Limitation of Liability - Edge Designer Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.                                                                                                                                         9. Privacy Policy - -We respect your privacy. Personal information collected will be used solely for business purposes and will not be shared with third parties without consent.                                                                                                        10. Governing Law - These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of [ Delhi/INDIA]. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of [Delhi/INDIA].                                                                                                                                    11. Amendments Edge Designer Studio reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
